Throughout his career, Yainer has colaborated
with many of todays most popular Latin and world class artists, such as Ricardo Arjona, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Juan Gabriel, Don Omar, Menudo Mania, Luis Enrique, Cristian Castro, Manuel Mijares, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Amaury Gutiérrez, Francisco Céspedes, Olga Tañon, Rocío Jurado, Raphael, Cheo Feliciano, Alexis Valdés, Jorge Luis Chacin, Aymee Nuviola, Denisse de Kalafe, Habana Abierta, Frank Quintero, Valeria Lync, David Torrens, and Kelvis Ochoa, among others, as well as managing a solo artist and in demand music producer carrier.
Born in Cuba, at the age of 10 Yainer began his journey as a music student at EVA studying piano and saxophone as his two main instruments. By the age of 16 years moved to the US with his family and continued his music studies and career, Yainer then enrolled into Berklee College of Music.
Shortly after finishing Berklee College he moved to Miami to pursue his dreams as a professional musician. He quickly became part of the local music scene playing
with the top, Latin, Rock, R&B, pop and Jazz groups on the scene.
In 2008 he became the music director of the daily variety television show “Esta Noche Tu night” on the Mega television network hosted by Alexis Valdes, until the program’s end in 2014.
Since the programs end, Yainer has become a highly respected saxophonist and music producer, currently touring throughout Europe and Latin America with two mega latin artists of all times, Ricardo Arjona and Don Omar.
When not on the road, Yainer spends most of his time at the “Yhorta Studios” located in Miami, FL, which has recently become one of South Florida’s top recording studio for local musicians as well as high profile international recording artists.Yainer HortaYainer Horta[/cs_content_seo]
