Miami based pianist and organist Derek Fairholm has been a mainstay of the music scene in South Florida for more than a decade. With dual interests in both piano and Hammond B3, Fairholm has appeared in countless musical situations—both live and recorded—most notably with artists such as Rodolfo Zuniga’s Surfa ces, David Fernandez, Gary Campbell, Troy Roberts, Tim Jago, Mark Small, Kevin Mahogany, Kenneth Jimenez’s Circles Band, Tiger’s Milk, and Nineties Color. He now leads his own organ trio featuring Tim Jago on guitar and Lucas Apostoleris on drums.
